Pastor Robby was born Birmingham, Alabama and raised 45 minutes away in Hayden, Alabama. Graduated from Hayden School and moved on to ITT Tech, graduating from there with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Animation/Website Design/Audio and Video Production/ and 3-D Modeling, or Multimedia for short. He's been blessed with pastoral gift, being born into a family filled with pastors. Robby(born Robert Lee Williams Jr. to Kathy Owens Williams and Robert L. Williams Sr.) is a 4th generation pastor,as both great grandfathers had their own churches. He first knew about his calling from God to preach at the age of 6 but rebelled for many years. After the death of his father, (while he was a teenager) and many years battling suicidal feelings and depression, he stopped running and came back to his first love, Jesus.
Robby joined the church (now known as RCF) in it's infancy, when it was still known as The Church at Blount Springs. His work in the church started out small in his eyes, but there are no small jobs when God is involved. In the beginning he just ran the sound board, eventually working his way up to youth Sunday school teacher, then Youth Pastor. With the church growing rapidly, he was given a promotion from Youth Pastor to Media/Associate Pastor. In his new role, he handles all things digital and is working to bring the church into the digital age.
